SHIPPING

Singapore island wide is free! Courier service to your door 1-3 days. Select Singapore shipment at checkout. Please also include your local contact number and accurate address details so our courier can locate you quickly. 

International shipments are free for all orders over $200. We use Fedex which is a fast international courier service and a signature is required upon delivery. Select international shipment at checkout and please also include your international contact number. You'll receive a tracking number by email. 

*Please provide clear and complete delivery address details in your order, including a day time contact number with area code.  

NO ISSUE RETURN

We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and product quality and we want all of our customers to be delighted with their purchases. We are happy to offer a no issue 14 day exchange or store credit. Provided your item(s) have not been worn, are not damaged or scratched, and returned to us in the items original packaging. We will be happy to exchange or offer a store credit. Contact us within 7 days of receipt of purchase to request a returns/exchange approval.

RETURNS POLICY

Returned item(s) must be sent via registered post at the cost of the customer and in the original packaging. Returned items must be sent within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Jewellery must not be worn, damaged or scratched in anyway. All our jewellery has been quality checked and carefully packed before being posted. Items must be returned in the original packaging and packed to avoid damage during transit.

WRONG RING SIZE?

Please get in touch. We offer a one time only free of charge exchange on rings. When possible, we will exchange immediately if we have the item available. If the item/size is sold out, we will happily make another. Please contact us directly. *Elverd Designs takes no responsibility for goods that are returned and may become lost during transit. Please return items to us via registered post.

* All our jewellery is hand made and we do our very best to ensure our images are a true representation of our pieces. Please note that phones and PC monitors vary colour slightly. Natural gemstones are all individual and may vary in shade from one piece to another. We embrace these differences that Mother Nature has created, and we think this is what makes them even more beautiful!
